We believe in exceptional rewards for hitting targets and high performance. Our salary and commission structure is uncomplicated and includes:

  • high commissions up to 45%, settled quarterly
  • additional rewards including holidays and weekends away for exceptional performance
  • 25 days holiday
  • additional days off for hitting targets

4. Commitment to Learning & Development

This is not just a warm fuzzy promise at the interview stage. We invest significantly in the learning and development of our consultants. We offer a range of programs and opportunities to support excellence in the business, while at the same time encouraging people to take a lead role in their continued development. Each consultant is locked in to a minimum of 40 hours of learning and development activities per year including professional development, leadership programs and consulting skills programs.

5. Industry Association

We are market and industry experts as well as effective consultants. Each consultant is encouraged to get involved with the respective industry associations and to mix with the industry leaders. For example Adam Walker is on the committee of the NSW Chapters of the AIQS and RICS and Katie Softley is on the social committee of NAWIC. To excell in your industry you must be close to it and your peers.

6. Career Growth

This is a reality at Conduit available to all consultants who are aiming high. There is a clearly defined route to management starting at Consultant level, moving through various Senior posts and ending in Directorship. As we are a relatively new company (established in 2002) there are excellent opportunities for consultants who aspire to positions such as Team Leaders, Office Managers, Regional Directors ad Country Mangers.

7. Work / Life Balance

Again this is not just an empty promise. Our salary structure includes for 25 days holiday plus extra days off for hitting targets. We understand that recruitment is an emotionally demanding profession and that sufficient and regular holidays are very important to keep you motivated and fresh.
