Adam Walker - Director (Professional) Adam began his career in Recruitment in 2004 when he formed Conduit Recruitment in Sydney. Before this he was a Quantity Sureyor for 15 years at the end of which he owned his own QS practice called CQS - this business was sold to Gleeds Australia. As a recruiter he specialises in the professional sector working with Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Commercial Managers and Contract Administrators. Adam also works on executive search assignments for senior positions.
Nadia Dehen - Senior Consultant (Construction) Nadia started her career in 2000 with Hays Office Support recruiting administration staff for construction clients in Sydney. She quickly moved to Hays Construction where she recruited Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers, Foreman, Engineers and OH&S Managers for builders throughout NSW. After 7 years with Hays she took some time out of the workforce for maternity leave. She has now joined the Conduit Construction team to further progress her specialisation in the construction recruitment market.
In 2000 Andrew started his recruitment career with Eden Brown in London UK where he worked in their contract technical sector sourcing contract QSs for large consultancies and contractors. On moving to Australia in 2006 he took up a Senior Consultant role within Conduit's Building Services division dealing with Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Engineeers in Australia, UAE and Hong Kong. Andrew Straubinger - Senior Consultant (Professional) Andrew has over 5 years experience in the recruitment industry and has always specialised in the construction and engineering fields. Beginning his career at Bayside Personnel in Melbourne he ran a hybrid desk placing Structural & Civil Engineers with Government & Private clients. After moving to Kingfisher Recruitment for 2 years to compound his specialisation in engineering he has now joined the Conduit Professional team to service Client Side Project Managers, Institutions and Property Developers. |
