Adam Walker - Director (Professional) Adam began his career in Recruitment in 2004 when he formed Conduit Recruitment in Sydney. Before this he was a Quantity Surveyor for 15 years culminating in Directorships of a number of medium sized Quantity Surveying consultancies. With over 25 years experience in the construction industry Adam has a deep knowledge of the businesses and professionals that populate the market place in Australia as well as overseas locations of the Middle East and Europe. As a recruiter he specialises in the professional sector working with Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Estimators, Town Planners, Project Managers and Contract Administrators. Adam also works on executive search assignments for senior positions.
Nadia Dehen - Senior Consultant (Construction) Nadia started her career in 2000 with Hays Office Support recruiting administration staff for construction clients in Sydney. She quickly moved to Hays Construction where she recruited Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers, Foreman, Engineers and OH&S Managers for builders throughout NSW. After 7 years with Hays she took some time out of the workforce for maternity leave. She has now joined the Conduit Construction team to further progress her specialisation in the construction recruitment market. Nadia fills permanent and contract positions for Builders. Contractors and Government Departments mainly within NSW. Kathy Hulse - Senior Consultant (Engineering) After spending over 20 years in nursing and customer services Kathy moved into recruitment and has never looked back. She has specialised in the Engineering sectors for 7 years and has enjoyed consultant positions in Sydney as well as the Middle East. Her expertise includes the contract and permanent placement of Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil, Fire & Hydraulic Engineers as well as Contract Managers, Estimators and Project Managers. She is also recognised as an expert in the field of road designers, ITS Engineers and Traffic Specialists. Barbara Cooper - Senior Consultant (Office Support & Accounting for Construction) With over 16 years in the recruitment industry Barbara is a seasoned campaigner with a wealth of knowledge in the accounting and office support sectors. She is able to provide our clients with an efficient service in finding Accountants, Payroll Managers, PAs, Secretaries, Administrators, Office Managers and many other key support roles.
