ArchitectOffice Support & Accounts Desk

Clients: Construction Companies, Engineering Consultancies, NSW Government Agencies, Property Developers

Candidates:  Office Support, Accounts Payable & Receivable,  Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Records Management, Accountants, Payroll Clerks, Human Resources, Marketing.

Salary Package: $60-85k base plus 30-40% commission on billings above threshold

OTE: $150-200k per annum

Experience needed: You will be a recruiter who understands various Accounting & Office Support functions and systems in Private and Government organisations across Australia. You will also have a general understanding of the different market sectors such as buildings, infrastructure, property,  and others. The ability to place qualified and competent temporary and permanent candidates in a variety of high paced environments is required. A history running a successful temp desk is ideal but not essential.

Clients: Civil Contractors & Subcontractors (First & Second Tier)

Candidates: Project Managers, Site Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators, Projects Engineers, OH&S Managers, Contract Administrators etc etc

Salary Package: $60-80k base plus 30-40% commission on billings above threshold

OTE: $150-250k per annum

Experience needed: You will have a general knowledge of the civil construction industry in Australia as well as proven abilities in forming strong relationships with relevant stakeholders. This is a fast paced and progressive industry which is growing from strength to strength. You will be trained to understand technical information and you will understand the necessity to follow the large civil and infrastructure projects around Australia. This role requires a consultant who is used to working a high level permanent desk mixed with a contractor base and a diligent recruiter who can work exclusive roles.

Clients: Property Developers, Project Managers, Engineering Consultancies, NSW Government Agencies

Candidates: Client Side Project Managers, Development Managers, Design Managers, Business Development Managers, Property Executives, Acquisition Managers

Salary Package: $60-80k base plus 30-40% commission on billings above threshold

OTE: $150-250k per annum

Experience needed: This is a quintessential desk for Conduit - we are known and respected as experts in this space. Your clients in this market will be high profile property executives with defined needs for expert candidates. You will be trained to know the property cycle inside out in order to gain respect in this fast and exciting sector. To be successful in this desk you will need to have experience working a high profile permanent desk, and prior property and construction recruitment experience would be looked upon favourably. This sector is taking off across Australia and you will be encouraged to attend regular industry events and functions in Sydney.

Salary Package: $60-80k base plus 30-40% commission on billings above threshold

Experience needed: This property sector on the rise again, and full of vibrant personalities and high level candidates. Conduit has long lasting relationships with many Property Developers and Professional organisations, and you will be required to attend networking events and jump head on into this prosperous area. You will need to be a highly personable recruiter with a passion for your job and following the industry. It is essential you have worked a high level permanent and professional desk in the past, and you are capable of liaising with busy developers, demanding architects and picky agencies. This is a role for someone who loves interacting with their clients and candidates on a daily basis.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Conduit Recruitment is currently looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team. If you have little or no recruitment experience, however possess a high level of energy, self    determination and sales finesse, then we want to hear from you.

What you will receive: We will offer you 1st class training, advanced industry knowledge, an extensive database and list of contacts and an opportunity to pursue a career in an exciting and always changing industry.

Salary Package: $40-50K base + 30 - 40% commission on billings above threshold

OTE: $80-150K per annum

Experience needed: You will need a background in sales and / or account management to exceed in this position. It is preferred if you are degree qualified and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate environment.
