Creation Date: Thu, 03 Feb 2011 GMT Draft City Plan on exhibitionThe City of Sydney's draft Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plan have been placed in public exhibition. These draft instruments are available for public comment until Monday, 4 April 2011. To view the draft instruments and various supporting material, including mapping, visit the City of Sydney's website. Over the coming weeks the Property Council will be reviewing both the draft LEP and DCP and will be preparing a comprehensive submission to Council. Issues which will be addressed in our submission include CBD growth capacity, car parking controls, design excellence and affordable housing (among others). The Property Council's Planning and Commercial Office Committees will be leading the preparation of this submission. However, all members are encouraged to engage in this process.
