Creation Date: Fri, 10 Dec 2010 GMT Mirvac to build 1200 residences at harness racing siteMIRVAC has acquired harness-racing track Harold Park Paceway in Sydney to develop a 1200-lot, medium-density housing community. Development of the 10.6ha site, about 2.5k from Sydney's central business district, is expected to start in early 2012, with settlements forecast from 2013-14, Mirvac said in a statement.
